At Leatt, we are committed to your safety and satisfaction; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused gear, including all original tags and protective padding, into the original shipping box or a secure alternative.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
